Role Description The Senior Flight Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end flight operations, including flight planning, schedule coordination, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance for each mission. The coordinator will liaise with crew, ground handling teams, and other operational stakeholders to confirm aircraft readiness, manage documentation, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

The role includes monitoring flights in real time, managing changes and disruptions, and ensuring accurate communication of updates to internal teams and clients. The coordinator will also support customer inquiries related to flight operations, contribute to process improvements, and maintain high standards of service and operational reliability.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience with flights and flight planning, including coordinating flight schedules and operational activities.
- In-depth knowledge of Flight Operations with focus on Cargo flight handling for Chartered and Non-Scheduled flights
- Knowledge of aircraft operations and ground handling procedures,



with the ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.
- Experience in flight operations, aviation coordination, or airline/charter operations, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple priorities, and make timely decisions under operational pressure.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and relevant operational software or systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, logistics, business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

- Comprehensive knowledge of flight handling operations for non-scheduled charter flights handling cargo

Operations.
- Preparation and processing of flight handling applications and related operational documentation.
- Submission and follow-up of documents with government departments and aviation authorities.
- Coordination with Ground Handling Agencies (GHA) and airport authorities.
- Coordination with airport cargo warehouse for cargo handling and cargo-related documentation.
- Flight supervision and operational monitoring of non-scheduled charter flights.
- Preparation of professional emails, operational correspondence, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, crew, handlers, and operational departments.

Requirements:

- Well versed with the documentation and requirements related to flight operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation / charter operations
- Complete computer knowledge including MS Office, email drafting, and documentation handling.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good command over spoken and written English language.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operational deadlines.
