About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience to lead our MIS & Financial Reporting function. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP), month-end close, audit management, and internal controls. The Candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, high-growth organization

What you will do

- Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / US Standard, IFRS and Companies Act requirements
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports
- Drive closure of books as per management defined timelines and improve month-end closing processes
- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits,



and other regulatory audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
- Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
- Identify process gaps, assess risks, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain management dashboards, segment-wise reporting, and cost centre analysis
- Track and report departmental performance, cost optimization initiatives, and efficiency metrics through department-level MIS
- Oversee the general ledger (GL) process to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting
- Perform the Balance sheet review and reconciliation.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives in MIS and R2R functions
- Conduct analytical reviews of financial results to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights

What we need

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, MIS, audits, and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Sound technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, and the Companies Act
- Experience in multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation
- Strong understanding of Internal Financial Controls (IFC), risk management, and corporate governance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite/SAP/Oracle), and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with the capability to work across business functions
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
