Job Role: Senior Finance Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–6 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day expense booking and ensure proper accounting entries in Tally.
- Prepare and manage sales invoicing with accurate tax treatment.
- Reconcile GSTR-1 on a monthly basis.
- Download, verify, and reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records. Perform TDS calculation, deduction.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor bills, customer invoices, and payment entries.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve any mismatches.
- Handle ledger reconciliation for vendors, customers, and internal accounts.
- Ensure proper accounting entries in Tally as per company standards.
- Maintain and update financial data using Microsoft Excel.




- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for finance-related queries.
- Assist in statutory audits, GST audits, TDS filings, and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure all accounting records are properly filed, documented, and audit-ready.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Tally and accounting principles.
- Understanding of GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and TDS.
- Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and basic reporting.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial entries.
- Ability to manage deadlines and monthly compliance tasks.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualification B.Com/ M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification. -

Prior experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance preferred.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
