Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the Finance Head in financial operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

- Handle accounts payable, receivables, payments, and reconciliations.

- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

- Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.

- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

- Ensure accurate recording and verification of financial transactions.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Assist in statutory compliance, audits, and documentation.

- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of accounting issues.

- Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Support the Finance Head in various financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Qualification

- CA Inter preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting,



or a related field.

- Additional professional qualifications such as M.Com / MBA Finance / CMA will be an advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Experience in distribution, trading, retail, FMCG, or similar industries will be preferred.

- Strong experience in accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting, and MIS.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong MS Excel skills.

- Experience with ERP/accounting software.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Preferred Candidate A proactive finance qualified with strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and hands-on experience in managing finance operations, reporting, and reconciliations.
