Scope of work

- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across group entities (bank, vendor, intercompany, and control accounts).
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable process including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and vendor payments.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls as the company scales.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including accruals, provision and preparation of management reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP as relevant) and internal accounting policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Legal, Payments, Product) to ensure accurate transaction recording, particularly for subscription/SaaS revenue flows.
- Support statutory and internal audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor queries.
- Assist with Payroll, tax filings (TDS, GST, VAT) and other statutory compliance requirements as applicable.





Requirements

- Robust fundamentals in accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of intercompany accounting and multi currency transactions.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience: B.Com / M.Com / CMA inter / CA Inter with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
