Role Description The Senior Fashion Designer will lead the creative development of collections, from concept and mood boards to final samples, ensuring alignment with the brand’s design language and luxury positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing garments, selecting textiles and embellishments, guiding embroidery and surface development, overseeing fittings, and refining silhouettes for the desired drape and comfort. The role involves close collaboration with pattern makers, sampling teams, and production to maintain quality standards and on-time delivery.

support lookbook and campaign development, and contribute to trend research and market analysis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Fashion Design and Fashion, with a proven ability to translate concepts into cohesive luxury collections.
- Hands-on experience with Embroidery and Textiles, including knowledge of Indian craft techniques and fabric properties.
- Advanced skills in Fitting, with a focus on silhouette, drape, and comfort across diverse body types.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, CAD) and sketching, both digital and hand-drawn.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making processes, and production workflows.
- Ability to lead and mentor design teams, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Prior experience in high-end or couture fashion houses; familiarity with bridal, occasionwear, or luxury ethnic wear is an advantage.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience in fashion design.
