Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

Job Overview

IIC Lakshya is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage senior-level, leadership, and CXO hiring across the organization.

The role involves working closely with senior management to understand hiring needs, identify top talent, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, leadership, and CXO-level positions.

*Work closely with senior management and business leaders to understand hiring requirements.

*Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.

*Identify and engage senior and passive candidates through targeted talent mapping.

*Screen candidates based on skills, experience, leadership capabilities, and organizational fit.

*Coordinate and manage multiple interview rounds with senior stakeholders.

*Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.





*Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

*Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.

*Ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience for senior hires.

*Maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

*Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

*4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to senior/leadership hiring.

*Experience in hiring for senior management, leadership, or CXO positions is preferred.

*Robust skills in LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.

*Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

*Strong understanding of senior-level hiring and market talent trends.

*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

*Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work with tight timelines.
