WE’RE HIRING | Senior Executive – Telecalling

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi

Experience: 3–5 Years

Preferred Background: Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and well-spoken Senior Executive – Telecalling who can independently manage day-to-day client and vendor communication for our freight forwarding operations, from quotation preparation to follow-ups and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Air Waybills (AWB) accurately and on time.
- Prepare and send freight quotations to customers based on vendor inputs.
- Follow up with customers and vendors on quotations, bookings, and shipment status.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, new inquiries, client servicing, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate licensing and documentation requirements with clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Track quotation and booking status in internal records/CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
- Coordinate between operations, clients, and vendors for smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Escalate pricing or service-related issues to management when required.

Skills & Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in telecalling, coordination, or customer service.
- Logistics/Freight Forwarding experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident telephone manner with inbound and outbound calls.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Solid follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple client/vendor communications.
- Proactive, polite, persistent, and relationship-oriented approach.
