RoleWe are looking for a Senior Executive – Tender Operations with hands-on experience in tender filling, bid preparation, documentation, and online tender submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders/RFPs.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
- Handle end-to-end tender filling and online submission.
- Prepare technical/commercial bids, compliance sheets, and required documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Technical,
and Legal teams.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, submissions, and results.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and bid documents.
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of experience in Tender/Bid Management.
- Hands-on experience in filling and submitting tenders.
- Positive knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
- Understanding of RFPs, RFQs, EMD, compliance, and bid documentation.
- Good MS Excel/MS Office and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in IT/Technology/FinTech tenders will be preferred. pree screening questions for this job post
