RolePurpose

ShiftLeadMaterialSecurityAuditsInvestigation.

He/Shewillberesponsibleforstrengtheningtheorganization''ssecuritygovernancethroughinternalaudits,riskassessments,securityinvestigations,incidentmanagement,andcompliancemonitoring.Therolerequirescollaborationwithinternalstakeholderstoidentifysecuritygaps,drivecorrectiveactions,andensurecontinuousimprovementofsecuritycontrolsandprocesses.

KeyResponsibilities

SecurityAudits

- EnsureEndtoEndInventoryAuditandtracking
- Design,develop,andmaintaintheSecurityInternalAuditFramework.
- Planandconductperiodicinternalsecurityauditsacrossbusinessfunctions,processes,andfacilities.
- Assesscompliancewithorganizationalsecuritypolicies,standards,andregulatoryrequirements.
- Prepareauditreportshighlightingobservations,risks,andrecommendationsforimprovement.
- Trackandensuretimelyclosureofauditfindingsandcorrectiveactions.
- EnsureInventorytrackingapplicationavailabilityandreportsubmission

RiskAssessmentVulnerabilityAnalysis

- Conductsecurityriskassessmentsandvulnerabilityanalysestoidentifypotentialthreatsandweaknesses.
- Evaluatetheeffectivenessofexistingsecuritycontrolsandrecommendmitigationmeasures.
- Supportthedevelopmentofriskregistersandmonitorrisktreatmentplans.

AuditClosureStakeholderManagement

- Collaboratewithinternalteams,businessunits,andclientstoaddressauditobservations.
- Driveclosureofinternalandclientauditfindingsthrougheffectivefollow-upandverification.
- Provideguidancetostakeholdersonimplementingcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.

SecurityIncidentManagementInvestigation

- Coordinatesecurityincidentresponseactivitiesandensuretimelyescalationofcriticalincidents.
- Leadsecurityincidentinvestigationstodeterminefacts,rootcauses,andbusinessimpact.
- PerformRootCauseAnalysis(RCA)andrecommendcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.
- Preparedetailedinvestigationreportsandsubmitfindingstomanagement.

ReportingContinuousImprovement

- Maintainaccuratedocumentationofaudits,investigations,incidents,andcorrectiveactions.




- Analysesecurityincidenttrendsandidentifyrecurringissuesoremergingrisks.
- Developdashboards,reports,andmetricstosupportmanagementdecision-making.
- Recommendprocessimprovementstoenhanceoverallsecuritypostureandoperationaleffectiveness.
