- Lead NPD projects from concept to commercialization

- Facilitate regular project review meetings

- Prepare project status reports and documentation.

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely completion

- Work with suppliers for current component development

- Work closely with CFT - R & D, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, Sales teams etc.

- Coordinate activities among CFT to achieve project milestones

- Co-ordinate with Team to achieve First time right as per Project plan

- Oversee product prototyping, testing, and validation Internal or 3rd parties

- Ensure product meet customer specifications and requirements

- Track post-launch performance and customer feedback

- Coordinate with production team for Sample run, pilot runs and up to Series production

- Ensure smooth transition from development to mass production
