Senior Executive – E-tails Receivable

Location: Noida

Function: Finance & Accounts

Compensation: Upto 5-6 LPA

Experience: 3–6 years, preferably e-commerce/consumer electronics/D2C/FMCG

Role Objective:

Own day-to-day receivables for Amazon, Flipkart and other key channels, with strong focus on collections, reconciliation, deductions and accurate accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track daily receivables from e-tail and marketplace partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Reliance Digital Online, and other online channels.
- Prepare daily AR MIS with customer-wise ageing, due/overdue amounts and expected collection dates.
- Drive collections and follow-ups with marketplaces/channel partners; escalate overdue or disputed amounts.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements against invoices, credit/debit notes, returns, claims and deductions.
- Handle pro-rata / proportionate accounting and allocation of marketplace deductions, schemes, fees, returns and recoveries to the appropriate invoices/periods.




- Maintain clean customer ledgers and invoice-level knock-offs in Tally/ERP.
- Track short payments, deductions, penalties, claims and unresolved reconciliation differences to closure.
- Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce, Logistics and Finance teams for POD/GRN, returns and commercial claims.
- Prepare weekly/monthly AR ageing and collection forecast for management.
- Support month-end closing, balance confirmations and audit requirements.
- Ensure no receivable/deduction remains unidentified or unaccounted.

Must-Have Skills: Solid Excel, Tally/ERP, Amazon/Flipkart settlement reconciliation, AR ageing, ledger reconciliation and collection follow-up. Candidate should be highly hands-on and comfortable working with large transaction volumes.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who has personally handled Amazon/Flipkart AR rather than only general accounting. The role should be collection and reconciliation driven, not simply an accounting/data-entry position.
