Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in both structural and finishing works of high-rise residential projects. Candidates who have completed a project from excavation to handover will be preferred.

- Work Experience: 4-6 years.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute structural works including RCC, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and Mivan formwork.

- Manage finishing activities such as block work, plastering, waterproofing, painting, gypsum, false ceiling, tiling, marble, cladding, screed, and landscaping.

- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Conduct snagging, rectification, and handover of completed units.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely execution.





- Monitor material quality and adherence to construction standards.
