We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Executive – Branch Operations to manage day-to-day branch activities and ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Warehouse, Accounts and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, Purchase and Delivery teams.
- Monitor order processing, billing, dispatch and delivery activities.
- Track stock availability and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Monitor pending orders, customer requirements and operational issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of branch transactions.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Handle customer and operational issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving operational and business targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree




- Experience: 3–6 years in branch operations / sales operations / pharmaceutical distribution preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP, Tally, MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory, order processing, billing and dispatch operations.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple activities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical distribution / wholesale / healthcare will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
