About the Job

Rajeshwari & Associates is hiring Patent Associates / Senior Executives with 3+ years of Intellectual Property experience to join its patent practice. The role involves handling patent-related matters, working with inventors and clients, managing patent prosecution work and independently handling assigned matters.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for the Patent Associate / Senior Executive position should have:

- A Science degree.




- 3+ years of experience in Intellectual Property.
- Relevant experience in patent practice, particularly in patent drafting, prosecution, searches or related areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates may be responsible for the following: Patent Drafting & Prosecution:

Handling patent drafting, First Examination Report (FER) responses, hearings and patent prosecution management.

Prior Art & Patent Searches:

Conducting patentability, Freedom to Operate (FTO), invalidity and patent landscape searches.

Technical & Client Interaction:

Understanding inventions and communicating effectively with inventors and clients regarding technical and patent-related matters.

Independent Handling:

Managing patent matters independently and mentoring junior team members.

The position is based in Delhi / New Delhi.
