Experience Range: With at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CDP and API-led integration, including practical exposure to enterprise middleware solutions Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement API-led integrations using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce CDP with Oracle Fusion, CPQ, and other enterprise systems
- Configure and administer Salesforce CDP, overseeing activation, data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and identity resolution
- Develop robust middleware solutions for error handling, data transfer, and system reliability across multiple platforms
- Manage secure file transfers utilizing Akamai and WinSCP, maintaining compliance with organizational standards
- Integrate NICE CaaS and other cloud-based services into existing workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Leverage ANSI SQL within Salesforce CDP for advanced data manipulation, modeling, and segmentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between systems
- Identify and deploy middleware AI use cases to enhance automation, operational efficiency,
and data quality
