Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Projects to manage and supervise civil construction activities across residential, bungalow, commercial, and building projects. The role will involve site execution, quantity management, quality control, MEP coordination, contractor management, project reporting, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise civil construction works from foundation to finishing stage.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantities, measurements, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants and contractors for smooth integration of services with civil works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and clients for timely project execution.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules, identify delays or deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Handle material planning, procurement follow-ups, and material verification.
- Verify contractor/vendor RA bills, measurements, and quantities.
- Attend site and client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action points to closure.




- Resolve site execution issues and coordinate with the design team for design-versus-site discrepancies.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers, site supervisors, and site support staff.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations while maintaining project quality and timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Relevant diploma holders with equivalent experience may also be considered.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in residential, bungalow, commercial, and building projects.
- Strong knowledge of BBS, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, measurement, and verification.
- Valuable understanding of MEP coordination and site-level integration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and reviewing drawings.
- Good understanding of quality standards, safety practices, and applicable IS codes.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and site-management skills.
- Ability to independently prepare and present DPRs and weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
