Senior Engineer – Project Management / NPD / Quality Engineering

? Location: Chennai / Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu

? Experience: 3–8 Years

? Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Automobile, Mechanical or related Engineering

? Key Responsibilities:

- New Product Development (NPD) project coordination
- Project planning, scheduling and milestone tracking
- Cross-functional team coordination
- Quality Gate and project review management
- DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R; and PPAP coordination
- Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation
- Customer and supplier coordination
- Preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards
- IATF 16949 and other quality system compliance

? Required Skills:

✔ Project Management

✔ Automotive NPD

✔ Quality Engineering

✔ APQP & PPAP

✔ DFMEA / PFMEA

✔ Problem-Solving Tools – 8D, 5 Why & Fishbone Diagram





✔ Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint

✔ Solid communication and coordination skills
