- Have 5-8 years of relevant experience, primarily on CrowdStrike & M365 Defender (Intune, MFA, Conditional Access Policy, Entra ID) and have understanding of any of these tools such as EDR/XDR Sentinel One, Cortex, Netskope, MCAS) and DLP
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
- Thorough understanding of large-scale environments
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented individual with strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent, detailed writing skills
- Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
- Ability to build consensus.
- Robust interpersonal skills
- This role demands the availability of 24/5 shifts and on call support
- This role is Work from Office (3 days a week).
