We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Okta, Non-Human Identity (NHI), cloud access, and IAM automation.
The role will focus on securing human and machine identities, implementing Okta-based IAM solutions, automating identity workflows, and supporting cloud access security across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Okta-based IAM and SSO solutions.
- Manage and secure Non-Human Identities (NHI) including service accounts, API keys, secrets, certificates, and workload identities.
- Develop and maintain Okta Workflows for identity lifecycle automation.
- Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access automation.
- Manage cloud identities and access across AWS or GCP environments.
- Apply least-privilege and RBAC principles.
- Support SSO, federation, MFA, and application integrations.
- Modernize legacy IAM scripts and processes using Okta workflows and connectors.
- Monitor identity-related security events and support incident response.
- Work with security, cloud, and application teams to improve IAM controls.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on IAM experience.
- Strong experience with Okta and Okta Workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Non-Human Identity (NHI) and Service Accounts.
- Experience with AWS or GCP IAM.
- Experience in IAM automation and enterprise application integrations.
- Solid security, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
