We are seeking a highly skilled and cutting-edge Senior Engineer – Design and Development to perform engineering activities related to product design and development, ensuring products meet the MH standards, customer specifications, quality requirements and project timelines. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful product delivery.
Main Tasks
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of product design concepts.
- Create and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings and technical design documentation.
- Participate in functional design reviews and support project maturity confirmations throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Manage product modifications and engineering changes in accordance with technical specifications and established processes.
- Responsible for creating test orders and generating test reports in coordination with the test lab.
- Responsible for preparing, maintaining and updating the technical documentation for workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and product release.
- Support innovation initiatives, including patent applications and protection of intellectual property rights.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of product data and documentation within the CDB & TnT database.
