Represents the customer voice and ensures the respect of the standards and procedures within the plant.
The main missions of the role are:
o Ensure implementation as per IATF 16949 and warrant that all standards and procedures are complied with special focus on:
o Customer standards o Faurecia Excellence System and procedures o Represents the customer within the plant and acts accordingly.
o Participates to the definition of the plant quality objectives, monitors progress and implements corrective action in case of deviation.
o Assure the completeness and archive of all relevant products/process data for traceability and product liability.
o Being responsible for the complaint management for both customers and suppliers ensures that complaints are managed in due time by using adequate Problem-Solving techniques and that 8D reports are robust and regularly updated in QSS.
Documentation o Manages the quality budget, allocation of resources, personnel development.
o Ensures capitalization and transversalization and shares best practices.
o Has the authority and the responsibility to stop any process or product delivery in case of reliable non-conformance (customer expectations, safety and regulations issues, or similar).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Engineer Bachelor or technician with equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
o Minimum 5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred).
- Have exposure in Electronics manufacturing and strong knowledge of SMT,Assembly, slective soldering, wave soldering etc..
o Minimum 3 years related leading teams.
o High technical expertise and understanding.
o Great skills in the application of MICROSOFT standard software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook...).
