Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.

- Prepare and review SLDs, electrical layouts, load schedules, cable schedules, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.

- Manage electrical projects from concept through execution and commissioning.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

- Review technical offers, vendor drawings, datasheets, and equipment specifications.

- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

- Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, IS, NFPA, NEC, and statutory requirements, as applicable.

- Conduct electrical load calculations, cable sizing, voltage-drop calculations, short-circuit studies, and protection coordination.

- Handle equipment such as transformers, HT/LT switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, UPS systems, DG sets, motors, APFC panels, and protection systems.

- Identify electrical reliability issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Develop preventive maintenance plans and monitor equipment performance.

- Support root-cause analysis of electrical failures and recommend long-term solutions.

- Ensure electrical safety, including LOTO, earthing, protection,



isolation, and safe work practices.

- Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and contractor performance.

- Prepare technical reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and commissioning documentation.

- Mentor junior engineers and technicians and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

- 7–12 years of relevant engineering/project/maintenance experience.

- Robust knowledge of electrical power distribution and industrial electrical systems.

- Experience with electrical drawings and engineering documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,800.60 - ₹75,000.00 per month
