Role Description The Senior Ecommerce Manager will oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations for Fitspire, ensuring strong online sales performance and an excellent customer experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and includes managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and content across marketplace platforms and the brand’s own ecommerce channels. The role involves analyzing sales data, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing conversion rates, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.

The Senior Ecommerce

Manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and customer support teams to align inventory, campaigns,



and service levels with business goals. This position also includes responsibility for identifying growth opportunities, improving processes, and implementing best practices in ecommerce management.

Qualifications

- Strong ecommerce management skills, including experience with marketplace platforms, online storefronts, and order management.
- Demonstrated marketing and sales capabilities, with a track record of driving online revenue and managing promotional campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for performance optimization.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external partners.
- Experience in health, wellness, FMCG, or consumer products sectors is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with ecommerce tools, analytics platforms, and basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and take ownership of results.
