Senior Dynamics CRM Developer The Senior Dynamics CRM Integration Developer leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement analysis and define integration architecture, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Web APIs in C# .NET.
- Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrate CRM with enterprise applications.
- Build and support integrations using Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, APIM, Storage Account, Key Vault, Web Apps).
- Build and manage infrastructure as code using Bicep templates.




- Own end-to-end API lifecycle management using Azure API Management (APIM).
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues across systems.
- Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and reliability standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Technologies

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM(customization, configuration, and integrations).
- Expertise in C# .NET and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of API security standards and integration best practices.
- Programming & APIs: C# .NET, RESTful API architecture, security best practices
- Azure Integration Services: Service Bus, APIM, Storage Account, Key Vault, Web Apps
- Knowledge of agile CRM/Any CRM
- Infrastructure & DevOps:
