Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple channels.

- Lead a team of marketers to achieve campaign goals, providing guidance on creative direction, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with product launches, sales initiatives, and customer service improvements.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

- 9-15 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.

- Proven track record in developing successful growth marketing campaigns using various tactics such as social media advertising, email marketing, content creation etc. .

- Robust understanding of analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) for tracking campaign performance metrics.

- Experience working in an e-commerce environment with knowledge of online shopping behaviors & preferences.
