We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven track record of generating quality leads, improving conversions, and maximizing campaign ROI.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.

- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.

- Develop effective targeting, bidding, budgeting, and remarketing strategies.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics.

- Track and analyze CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC,



conversion rates, ROAS, and ROI.

- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.

- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, ad copies, and landing pages.

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

- Stay updated with changes in Google and Meta advertising platforms, digital trends, and best practices.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
