About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads for Audit, Accounting, Tax Consultancy, VAT, Corporate Tax, Business Setup, or Financial Services companies.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 35 years working in the same or closely related industry. Candidates without experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or financial consultancy marketing will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display & Remarketing).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement technical, on-page and off-page SEO improvements.
- Perform keyword research specifically for accounting, tax, VAT, corporate tax and audit-related services.
- Improve landing page conversion rates and user experience.
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking and remarketing audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with management to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience.




- Minimum 35 years of experience working for an Audit, Accounting, Tax Consultancy, Financial Advisory or Business Setup company.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Adso Meta Ads
- SEO (Technical, On-Page & Off-Page)
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Experience generating high-quality B2B leads.
- Solid understanding of UAE market and GCC digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage marketing budgets and campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Certified Professional.
- Proven portfolio of successful lead generation campaigns.
- Experience marketing professional service firms in the UAE.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
