Establish DevOps practices and standards across the engineering organization, including branching strategy, release governance, CI/CD, deployment automation, versioning, environment management, and operational documentation.
Release Management
- Own end-to-end release management process.
- Assess the current release process and build a contemporary automated software delivery framework.
- Plan release schedules C Coordinate releases with Development, QA, Product and Client teams.
- Maintain release calendars, documentation C Produce release notes.
- Track Internal, SIT, UAT C Production deployments.
