We are looking for Senior Design Engineer to work onsite with a Cummins India Limited, Pune.
Position: Senior Design Engineer
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 5 - 7 years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for diesel engines and related subsystems.
- Handle service engineering, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Create and modify 3D models and engineering designs using Creo.
- Apply GD&T; principles in engineering designs and drawings.
- Analyze field issues and support product improvement and serviceability.
- Prepare service manuals, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and global engineering teams.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Diesel Engines and their subsystems.
- Hands-on experience with Creo and 3D modeling.
- Good understanding of GD&T;, Engineering drawings, and Manufacturing.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work 2:00 PM 10:00 PM IST shift.
- Comfortable with Hybrid work model.
