Job Title: Data Scientist / AI-ML Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist / AI-ML Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models and data-driven solutions. The candidate will work with large datasets, build predictive models, develop AI applications, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning models.
- Build predictive analytics solutions for business problems.
- Design and implement AI solutions using NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Recommendation Systems.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Develop data pipelines and automate model training workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Monitor model performance and implement improvements as required.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
