1. As a Senior Data Analyst / BI Analyst, you will:

- Analyse business requirements, processes, and reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues.
- Extract, transform, analyse, and validate data using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business KPIs.
- Use DAX, Power Query, and semantic models to build scalable BI solutions.
- Perform data modelling and schema mapping across multiple datasets and business entities.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau and other data visualisation tools.
- Analyse KPIs and business metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.




- Apply data visualisation and storytelling techniques to communicate analytical findings.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Apply ETL and data warehousing concepts to prepare and structure data for analytics.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve dashboards, analytical processes, and data-driven decision-making.

1. What You Bring to the Table:

- 8+ years of overall professional experience, including 4+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Robust experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and semantic models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and data visualisation.
- Strong understanding of EDA, KPI analysis, business reporting, and data visualisation.
- Experience with data modelling and schema mapping.
- Basic understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical,

- Translate business requirements into clear analytical and reporting solutions.
- Analyse complex datasets and identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insights.
