As a Senior Customer Relationship Executive & Deputy Store Head , you will be the face of Ethos for our elite clients. You will be responsible for delivering a highly personalized experience, fostering long-term relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and driving customer loyalty and sales through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with HNI clients.
- Offer personalized product recommendations aligned with client preferences.
- Drive sales through clienteling, follow-ups, and exclusive services.
- Ensure seamless post-purchase engagement and after-sales service.

Relationship Management

- Maintain a deep understanding of client profiles, birthdays, anniversaries, and preferences.
- Plan and coordinate private appointments, product previews, and luxury experiences.
- Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.

In-Store Experience

- Collaborate with the sales and store teams to ensure every client receives a premium shopping experience.




- Uphold the highest standards of luxury etiquette, grooming, and service excellence.

Reporting & Feedback

- Maintain CRM databases with updated client information and sales interactions.
- Share client feedback and market insights with management to refine service strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3-8 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of working with HNI clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Passion for luxury products and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
