We are looking forward to hire Service Now ITSM Professionals in the following areas : Experience Required: 7 to 9 Required Skills Core Skills Strong understanding of monitoring & observability concepts Hands-on experience with at least 2 monitoring tools (SCOM, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, etc.) Experience with event management & alert handling Strong integration skills using APIs, REST, and data pipelines ServiceNow & ITOM Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and (preferred)



ITOM modules Understanding of CMDB and CI relationships for impact analysis and enrichment Data & AIOps Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts (anomaly detection, clustering, prediction) Exposure to OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for log analysis and event analytics Infrastructure Understanding of Linux and Windows server environments Knowledge of networking fundamentals Familiarity with application architectures and dependency flows At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
