Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Commercial Manager specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Multi-Level Structural Steel Buildings.

The successful candidate will spearhead the entire commercial lifecycle of our projectsdriving accurate cost estimation, managing aggressive yet profitable bid preparations, overseeing robust billing mechanisms, controlling change orders, and ensuring ironclad statutory compliance.

This role bridges the gap between project engineering and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
- Prepare and submit competitive tender packages including technical and financial proposals for Erection.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate bid preparation.
- Ensure compliance with client Technical/General specifications and legal requirements.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis for materials, consumables, Machinery, Tools and Tackles, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Develop alternate cost models and pricing strategies for competitive bid proposals
- Must have knowledge of on line tendering process like Procure Tiger, Ariba , etc




- Perform risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients, Clients representatives, consultants, and suppliers.
- Maintain organized records of tender submissions and correspondence.
- Prepare cost reports and post-tender evaluations.
- Knowledge on Taxation related to workorder/contracts, statutory compliances like labor laws, WCP, CAR Policy, BOCW act, etc related to construction
- Builder/Sub Contract Tendering Process
- Builder Bills Management

Skills

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

- Knowledge of market trends , Suppliers and service providers networks.
- Must have worked on Construction site for 10-12 years.
- Must have worked for 5-7 years in procurement.
- Should have the knowledge of the Machinery and equipments used in PEB Industry
