- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Canada/US with minimum 2 years into Canada IT Recruitment, including full lifecycle recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting across various technology domains such as Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, ERP, Cyber Security, SAP, Software Development, DevOps, AI/ML, Business Applications, and Digital Technologies.
- Attention to Detail.
- Strong understanding of search techniques, combined with creativity and cutting-edge, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Strong success record in managing high-volume and niche technology hiring requirements.
- Experience working with direct clients, MSP, RPO, staffing, or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously.
