Job Role Architecture & Interior Design Sales Executive

- Meet prospective clients at their homes, offices, and project sites.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable architectural and interior design solutions.
- Present Buildzy's portfolio, quotations, project proposals, and service offerings.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Explain design concepts, materials, pricing, timelines, and project details to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and close high-value deals.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and sales conversions.




- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and construction solutions.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in Architecture or Interior Design sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
