Job Overview

As a Senior BDE, you will manage the complete sales cycle, build client relationships, achieve sales targets, and support the team in improving their sales performance.

No field work – Complete Inside Sales Role

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and effectively present Apycue’s SaaS solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior sales team members.
- Help team members improve their sales approach,



objection handling, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving overall sales performance.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Mandatory experience in the IT/Technology industry.
- Hands-on experience selling SaaS products is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in training or mentoring sales team members.
- Good understanding of CRM and sales processes.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Piplod, Surat.
