We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in Oracle ERP and NetSuite to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support ERP enhancements, and work closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements .
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications .
- Analyze and document Oracle ERP and NetSuite business processes .
- Create BRDs, process flows, workflows, and functional documentation .
- Coordinate with technical teams on system enhancements and integrations.
- Support UAT, testing, issue resolution, and implementation .
- Provide business analysis and reporting support as required.

Work type: Remote support role Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily
US shift (generally till 12:30 AM IST sometimes meeting can happen till 2:30 AM)
