Primary functions & responsibilities

- Elicit and document business requirements and ensure alignment to business outcomes and KPI s
- Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Support testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist with project documentation and meeting materials.
- Track action items and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
- Develop subject matter expertise across client platforms.





Qualifications Experience & Background

- 6-8 years of business analysis, consulting, or technology experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices.
- Comfortable presenting to business and technology leaders
- Exposure to asset management, financial services, or capital markets preferred
- Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred

Education

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
