We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities, analyzing complex business problems, and delivering data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to define requirements, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

- Develop business cases, impact assessments, and solution recommendations.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver business solutions.

- Create detailed process flows, user stories, use cases, and requirements documentation.

- Support project planning, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.





- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in business analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product analysis, or related roles.

- Robust experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
