- Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – PMO with strong experience in Transitions & Service Management to lead complex transitions, support service management, drive change and transformation initiatives, and manage cross-functional project delivery. The role requires strong global stakeholder management, governance, executive communication, and data-to-insight capabilities, with strong proficiency in Power BI. The role will also involve creating leadership-ready business packs and dashboards covering transition health, capacity, benefits, risks, and delivery maturity, and converting data into executive narratives and insights.

This is a functional PMO role focused on stakeholder management, change management, transitions, service management, governance, and cross-functional project delivery. This is not a Technical Project Manager role. 10.

Job Purpose Own and lead all large/complex transitions into the capability center, institutionalize service management, and create leadership-ready business packs for clients, HQ, and internal governance. Operationally strong, senior-stakeholder ready, and capable of running the engine when volumes scale.

- Accountabilities and Responsibilities The accountabilities and responsibilities of the role will vary according to the specific assignment(s) at any one time: A. Transitions (End-to-End) Own complex multi-process transitions from global locations (UK/APAC/Others). Create and govern transition frameworks, wave plans, tollgates, risk registers. Lead discovery, KT, shadow, reverse-shadow, and go-live phases. Track benefits, FTE realization, and productivity ramp-up. Be escalation point for all critical transitions. B.

Service Management

Establish service governance (SLAs, KPIs, cadence, escalation models). Build run-state operating model across teams. Design controls for performance, quality, and risk. Drive continuous improvement & standardization. C.

Business

Packs & Leadership Reporting Own Executive Business Packs for: Client leadership Global capability heads Internal GCC leadership Create dashboards: transition health, capacity, benefits, risks, delivery maturity. Convert data into executive narratives and insights. D. Stakeholder & Governance Partner with global process owners and business heads. Run steering committees and governance calls. Influence without authority.

- Qualifications, Skills and Experience The role holder is expected to have the following qualification(s), skills and experience: Experience &

Skills 10–14+ years in GCC/Shared Services/Consulting. Strong transition + service management background. Has run multi-country / multi-process transitions.

Excellent in: Executive communication Business storytelling Governance design Strong Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, data-to-insight skills. Excellent organisational ability in a quick-paced environment. Proven experience in working on multiple concurrent projects.

Proven experience in process change, including reconciliation of outputs.



Ability to understand where efficiencies can be gained from application of technology and takeing the appropriate course of action to implement and deliver benefits. Ability to solve complex problems and communicate clearly and effectively.

Ability to work on own initiative, managing and prioritising workload. Ability to work independently but also within a team environment, being flexible in taking on various projects. Ability to make calm and rational decisions in a pressurised workplace.

Willingness to take ownership of issues, ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress and deliver solutions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to deal responsibly with confidential data, having an understanding of data governance controls.

- Fitness and Propriety You must take reasonable steps to ensure the areas you are accountable for are managed with appropriate due skill, care and diligence to comply with PRA and FCA requirements. Failure to do so could result in fines and suspensions by the regulators and consequently could also impact on the role holder’s ability to continue to perform in role.
