- 3+ years of experience in graphic design across digital/print.
- Clear in communication: and able to structure thoughts well.
- Attentive to detail: Can provide effective feedback on design work with razor-sharp focus on detail.
- Curiosity & Ownership: (when it comes to understanding why one is doing what they are doing and not just executing tasks given by managers)
- A strong bias for action: you’ll be given freedom and expected to move quickly and figure things out
- Responsible: Someone who is responsible and does not require constant follow-ups or management.

Skills:

- Software Knowledge: Illustrator, photoshop and After effects. Figma or Corel Draw is a plus.

- Digital advertisements (video & static)
- Offline store assets and branding
- Occasional offline campaigns (hoardings, print material, etc.)

App, Web & Print Management

- Manage the upload and deployment of banners, pop-ups, and other assets through automated platforms.
- Own the overall visual quality and consistency of our app, website, and customer-facing assets.
- Ensure all assets are thoroughly reviewed before going live. Over 2 million users interact with our platforms, so attention to detail and quality control are critical.

Team & Process Management

- Continuously identify, evaluate, and pilot new AI and design tools that can improve team productivity and creative output.
- Drive adoption of high-impact tools and workflows across the team through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify repetitive tasks and operational bottlenecks, and work towards automating or simplifying them wherever possible.
- Establish and improve creative processes to increase speed, consistency, and quality of execution.
- Own print approvals with end-to-end accountability, including final artwork checks, production readiness, and vendor coordination.
- Manage design software subscriptions, tool budgets, vendor payments,



and reimbursement processes related to the creative function.
