We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage and grow our immigration and study abroad branch.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall branch operations, team management, sales performance, client handling, business development, and achieving monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the immigration/study visa industry, excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the immigration/study abroad branch.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the counselling and sales team.
- Set monthly, weekly, and individual sales targets and ensure their achievement.
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, conversions, and client pipelines.
- Handle important clients and assist counsellors in closing high-value cases.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and revenue.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, networking, and local marketing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospective clients.
- Monitor the complete client journey from initial counselling to application processing.
- Coordinate with visa counsellors, documentation teams, and senior management.
- Ensure that the team follows company policies, processes, and professional standards.
- Prepare and share regular reports related to sales, leads, conversions, revenue, and branch performance.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities and recommend strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Resolve client and team-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined,



and target-oriented working environment within the branch.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in immigration, study visa, overseas education, or related sales industry.
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager / Team Leader / Sales Manager / Senior Counsellor role will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of immigration and/or study abroad processes.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and basic reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and team activities simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, professional, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
