We are looking for an experienced

Senior BIM Architect to lead and manage BIM-based architectural design, coordination, and project delivery across multiple projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in

Revit, BIM coordination, architectural detailing, multidisciplinary coordination, and BIM standards

.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage architectural BIM models from concept/design development through construction documentation

.

- Lead BIM implementation and ensure compliance with project-specific

BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, templates, and workflows

.

- Coordinate architectural models with

Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, and other disciplines

.

- Perform model reviews, clash identification, coordination, and resolution using

Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

.

- Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, construction documents, schedules, details, and BIM deliverables.

- Maintain model accuracy, LOD requirements, naming conventions, worksets, families, parameters, and project standards.

- Review work produced by BIM Architects, Modelers, and junior team members and provide technical guidance.

- Conduct BIM coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.

- Identify design, coordination, and constructability issues at an early stage and recommend practical solutions.

- Develop and maintain

Revit families, templates, BIM libraries, and standard details

.

- Ensure drawings and models comply with architectural design intent, building codes, project specifications,



and client requirements.

- Support quantity extraction, schedules, BOQ-related information, and model-based documentation where required.

- Monitor project BIM progress, resource requirements, deadlines, and deliverable quality.

- Mentor junior BIM team members and support continuous improvement of BIM workflows and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in

Architecture (B.Arch)

or equivalent.

- Typically

6–10+ years of architectural/BIM experience

, including experience in a senior or BIM coordination role.

- Advanced proficiency in

Autodesk Revit Architecture

.

- Good working knowledge of

Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / ACC

, and related BIM collaboration tools.

- Solid understanding of

LOD, BIM standards, model coordination, clash detection, architectural detailing, and construction documentation

.

- Knowledge of

ISO 19650 or international BIM standards will be an advantage.

- Strong understanding of architectural design, materials, construction systems, and multidisciplinary coordination.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with international consultants and project teams.

- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

- Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, or institutional projects will be preferred.

Preferred

- Experience with

Dynamo, Revit automation, BIM QA/QC processes, Scan-to-BIM, or advanced BIM workflows will be an added advantage.
