Strategy & Planning:

Own program planning, timelines, dashboards, processes and SOPs

Identify opportunities to improve program scale, quality and efficiency

Program Operations

Drive end-to-end execution of flagship programs, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, student experience and real-time problem-solving

Marketing & Communications:

Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to plan campaigns, develop content and drive student participation across digital and non-digital channels

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate effectively with faculty, students, parents, schools, vendors, internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery.

Data & Reporting:

Track applications, conversions, engagement and program performance Create regular reports and use data to inform decisions

Process & System:

Building Build repeatable workflows, documentation and systems that improve efficiency and enable High School Programs to scale

Who Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, Education or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in program management, operations, marketing, education or a quick-paced execution-oriented role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills with attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
- Someone who enjoys hands-on execution and is willing to take ownership beyond a defined .
