Senior Associate – Fenergo Configurator

## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Fenergo Configurator to manage and support the configuration of our Fenergo SaaS platform. You will work closely with KYC, AML, Compliance, and Operations teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into effective platform configuration.

This is a functional/configuration role, not a software development position.

## Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Fenergo client journeys, workflows, business/policy rules, risk assessments, screens, and document requirements.
- Manage reference data, user roles, permissions, and configuration across environments.
- Gather, analyse, challenge, and document requirements from KYC/AML and business stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into clear configuration designs and conduct stakeholder walkthroughs.
- Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and controlled releases.
- Provide day-to-day production support and investigate configuration-related issues.
- Raise and manage vendor support cases with Fenergo when required.
- Maintain configuration documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Take ownership of configuration activities and continuously improve platform processes.

## Requirements




- 4+ years of total experience with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring Fenergo is strongly preferred.
- Experience with a comparable KYC/AML, CLM, or client onboarding platform may also be considered.
- Good understanding of KYC/AML, CDD/EDD, client onboarding, risk assessment, and client lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with Compliance, AML/KYC, or Operations stakeholders.
- Strong requirements gathering, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with UAT, testing, change management, and production support.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and screening/data providers is an advantage.
- Financial services/BFSI experience is strongly preferred.

- Central: Dadar to Ulhasnagar
- Harbour: Dadar/Sion to Kalamboli

Excluded: Borivali, Bhiwandi, Ulwe, Taloja, Malad-Madh, Goregaon-Aarey, Uran/Essel World and locations outside the approved transport boundary.
