Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing high-quality working drawings with speed and accuracy, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
The role involves translating design concepts into detailed, execution-ready drawings while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Develop execution drawings including:
- Floor Plans
- Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
- Electrical & Lighting Layouts
- Joinery & Cabinetry Details
- Flooring Layouts
- Elevations & Sections
- Detailed Construction Drawings
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and ready for on-site execution
- Deliver drawings within tight timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in working drawing production
- Knowledge of joinery detailing and interior construction methods
- Understanding of site execution and coordination
- Experience with SketchUp / Revit / Photoshop is an added advantage
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in interior design firms, architecture studios, or design-build companies
- Strong site coordination and contractor management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced project environments
