Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Skilled to drive business growth by acquiring new travel agency partners, strengthening existing relationships, and increasing revenue across the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

- Acquire and onboard new travel agency partners onto the TripJack platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing travel partners.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
- Promote TripJacks product portfolio, including Flights, Hotels, Holidays, Trains, Bus, and Forex (where applicable).
- Conduct regular market visits, partner meetings, and business reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Train partners on TripJack products, features, and booking tools.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support.
- Execute sales campaigns, branding initiatives,



and promotional activities in the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate (Travel & Tourism preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B Travel Sales.
- Strong network of travel agents within the assigned territory.
- Good understanding of travel products, airline sales, and booking platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
- Prior experience with Travel Tech Platforms, OTAs, GDS, DMCs, or Airline Sales is preferred.
