Requirement: L3 Support for GitLab, SonarQube & Artifactory . Senior Application Support engineer is required with ITIL support experience.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer with strong L3 Application Support and ITIL experience to support enterprise DevOps tools and platforms.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 production/application support for enterprise DevOps platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, service requests and recurring issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor application/platform health and ensure high availability.
- Handle incident, problem and change management processes in line with ITIL practices.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure and other technical teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.




- Participate in production deployments, upgrades, patches and troubleshooting activities.

✅ JFrog Artifactory – Administration / L3 Support / Troubleshooting

? Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of relevant IT/Application Support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting GitLab, SonarQube and Artifactory in production environments.
- Experience handling P1/P2 incidents, RCA and problem management.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the UK shift.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid mode from an near client branch location.
